Returns Policy


All used items come with a return to base warranty. The duration of the warranty will depend on the unit you have purchased and any options you have selected.  Our standard warranty for all items is 90 days from date of receipt. The warranty period starts on the day of delivery / collection.


Any new item may come with the manufacturer’s warranty which will be stated at the time of sale. If the item you have ordered is defective you must inform us within the warranty period which starts at the time of delivery.

The warranty covers the hardware of the unit and does not include software or consumables such as ink or power. We do not offer any warranty to loss of data. The warranty does not cover any problems which arise through misuse or accidental damage.

To return any item you must inform us by email within the warranty period. We will issue you with a Returns Number which must be accompanied with the item on return. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement and a Returns Number.

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be reported within 24hrs from delivered time
Returned items must be returned in the original packaging with no signs of damage. Please mark the package with the returns number.

All returns should be carefully packed. You should ensure the package is fully insured and use a Track/ recorded-delivery service. Proof of return will be required!

The package MUST be returned within 5 Days of issuing a returns number

The buyer is responsible for all charges relating to the return of any items.

New items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and must be dealt with directly by them.

Circuittrade will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.


Damaged items – Any items damaged in transit must be signed for as unchecked or note DAMAGED. IF THIS NOT DONE YOU MAY NOT BE COVERED FOR TRANSIT INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer storage/media devices. You acknowledge and agree that Circuittrade and/or its third-party service provider shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss of any software packages, data files. If you do not have a backup of your software and data, we can provide you with our data backup service at an additional cost. However, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the data.

Procedure.

  1. The Item is returned to Circuittrade
  2. The Item is tested and repaired if possible
  3. The item is returned to you within 3-5 days
  4. If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement of the same or higher specifications.
  5. If the item is not covered under our warranty due to misuse or damage we will charge to repair the item.
  6. Any item being returned due to changing you mind in the "cooling off period" will be evaluated and a refund will be made less any re-stocking fees if applicable.
