Circuittrade try to provide an accurate description of goods with any significant details or faults noted wherever possible. However small scratches, hair line cracks, marks and dents will not always be noted, but are to be expected on some second-user refurbished items. All items will not include any other cables, CD's, rails, mounting brackets, accessories or manuals unless specified.


Grade 0      New or as New, may not contain the original packaging.

Grade 1      Tested working, signs of usage, scratches or scuff marks.

Grade 2      Tested working, May have minor dents, or scratches
                    Laptops may have minor marks on screens, worn keytops & touchpad / palm rests.    
                    Laptop battery may not work. It will work from the power adaptor.

Grade 3      As grade 2, also may have dents, or scratches or minor damage to casing.

Grade 4      Tested, sold as described - not returns.
